Best hardware monitors?

So, i want to run a few stress tests on my rig to see how it performs and at what temps. What are the best tools to do that in your opinion? I mean CPU/GPU activity and temperature monitoring, and a few good stress tests like ida 64 or cinebench.

MSI AFTERBURNER (and intels monitoring utility if ur cpu is intel)
