I think he wants to play like, The Witcher, Fall out 4, Assassins Creed and stuff all at the same time at 300000 fps

I dont editing or stream but the pc will be used for everthing

 

The PSU is overpriced. Get EVGA G2/GS or Seasonic. Those are some good price PSU.

I want to build good build so i can play 2-3 years all games with high fps.

Do you really need a fan controller? A water cooler would be fine on its own. Get a cheaper PSU and try to go with a better CPU the i5 4690k would be good
