Asus realbench has been my stress test of choice for a while now, Aida64s also really good though.

The Intel XTU looks really good. Ill give it a shot!

i use intel xtu for all of my verification, runs perfect and also has a freeze image to make sure its still running

IBT 10 passes, Cinebench (does it lock up, freeze), adia64, avoid Prime.. it can be too harsh on the system and unrealistic workload.

 

Cinebench and IBT for me, then usually the real world, a few hours of gaming. Always have you a profile or two saved in BIOS and tweak them to perfection to the best of your ability.
