MSI Golden Edition, worth it?

So, I was just about to pick up a 980ti and realized that over the weekend there is a sale on the MSI Golden Edition, it's still around 20 euro more than the regular Gaming 6G.
Can't find any reasonable reviews on it, so thought I'd ask, should I expect any extra performance out of this compared to the regular Gaming 6G, or would I only pay for looks?

if its anything like the 100 mil edition then its the same exact cooler and/or card with a different color
