Gtx 760 Shadowplay 1440p@60fps not supported?

Does the gtx 760 support recording at 60fps greater then 1080p? I am not sure if its just a ui bug or its just not supported.

I set recording to 'in game res' not specifically a particular res. Set in shadow play settings.

Playimg at 4k dsr rec with 1080p id have an artifact show up.

Usimg 'in game res' and its fine doing any recording at any res without issue.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I did in game but its still replays and records at 30fps
