Also, get 1440p. No point of getting a 7900xtx with 1080p.

Building a decently beefy machine easily capable of 3440x1440 to 4K gaming but you've selected two cheap 1080p monitors. 

 

I would reconsider, or at the very least you can buy a GPU less than half the price of that xtx.

I've changed the monitor to 2 AOC CQ27G2S/BK 27" Curved monitors.

 

I'm more concerned with future proofing my pc over the monitors.

But i still want a 2 screen setup.
