Yes. The things to look out for SLI compatibility are VRAM, Bus width, and the GPU. If all those match, they're compatible.

You should be able to SLI any 980Ti with it since they are the exact same card, but for extra assurance most people SLI identical cards (in your case a second EVGA SC ACX 980Ti). If you want more information in the future, the GPU Database from TechPowerUp is a great resource.

As long as the other card is the same (I.E a 980Ti with the same amount of VRAM) you will be fine. Keep in mind, if you don't overclock, both cards will run at the speed of the slowest one.

any 980ti will work, but it will look way better if its another evga card :)

I have an EVGA SC ACX 2.0 980 Ti and was wondering if I could SLI a different 980 Ti with it.

You can SLI it with any other 980 Ti card. Doesn't specifically have to be an EVGA SC card, it can also be an Asus Strix card for example.
