I guess I understand. Looks>Practicality

My brain is baffled by why people would think like this though.

Performance expert, building noob.

There is no such thing as excess in hardware.

If I could afford to have two PC's (one for traveling and one for sitting on my desk and not moving) I'd use one of them in a heartbeat.

I like the way those InWin cases look. It's like a piece of art.

Not in the same boat as you I guess as far as I'm concerned that case is ugly

As for the airflow this^

Display piece, id get one but you would need to do something about dust like having compressed air and a vaccum on hand to quickly and easily remove it.

personally if I was to design something like this id make it so the case pulled air from in under the chassis and blow out the top so that when the system is on there is little chance of dust entering.

airflow bro

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

#3. There is nothing "wrong" with being wrong. Learning from a mistake can be more valuable than not making one in the first place.

Everyone has different tastes in different times. If you asked me what I thought about that case a couple years ago, I would have said it looks like garbage and is overpriced.

Now that I've built quite a few high end PC's, I start to appreciate the aesthetics of some of these "luxury" looking cases.

It isn't very much less practical for people that don't have a lot of dust problems. When I was back home, I rarely ever cleaned up the dust filters, because there was not very much dust in the air, and I would assume that this case in that house would not be a problem at all.

Airflow is likely much better as well, as its impossible for hot air from your gpu/ cpu to build up inside the case...

It also looks amazing (I really wanted the red and black version, but it was damn expensive)
