The usuall response is "Nah, you got banned by our anti-cheat software and we won't tell you what has led to this".

And this is silly. It should be like this. A person who contacted to support should get specific description of his ban (what program was used, the location of this program, etc).

Yeah, but they won't, because it would help hackers to recognize exact cheat, which has led to the ban.

Maybe don't cheat in video games next time? Steam forums (especially CSGO) are filled with people yelling "I was VACed I don't cheat help me!!!!" It's impossible to get that unless you money hacked or used cheat engine, they don't ban for mods anymore.
