B1 and G1 won't explode.  But, they are likely to catch fire or fail.  It's known that they have high failure rates.  Seasonic is one of the top tier PSU makers in the world, and XFX uses their OEM.  Go for the 550w one off Newegg for around 30 bucks.  That won't fail or catch on fire.

so am i lucky that mine has been fine for about a year running my setup ?

another question does the non modular and modular and semi mod im not sure if there same ive just seen them this power supply is a non modular does this matter or ???

sorry for tuns of links lol

Basically meaning that modular PSUs have zero hardwired cables meaning all cables are removable meaning you only plug in the cables that you need which makes cable management easier and less clutter, semi ones basically have all the main important cables hardwired while the rest are removable and non modular means all cables are hardwired

If you got warranty you should be fine but once it expires it should definitely be the first to replace

The below is correct, but xfx seems to keep dropping in price lately.  So, if you do have an issue go with xfx.

if i do have an issue ill do an rma get another one, sell it and buy a good psu

It's a good quality PSU made by Seasonic so you're fine, having at least a semi modular PSU makes things easier but you can still cable manage a non modular PSU well
