take out your gpu, pack it in the box it came in preferably if not get a antistatic bag and box if up nice and tight, the rest of the pc should be pretty safe to transport and it would also be great if you had the original box/foam the case came in as well but if not find a box big enough and use some kind of packing material on all sides foam is best but paper will work if you have nothing else

i had 2 boards get damaged by just putting them in hand luggage, so id say atleast a anti static bag, disasemble everything that can be kinked, like add in cards or coolers, then you should be fine

Just remove the CPU cooler, remove GPU, make sure the rest are screwed in normally. Put the case in your suitcase - put clothes and stuff inside it (careful not to put shedding materials there, only shirts etc). Why would it be an issue?

Anything important for how the PCI cards themselves should be transported? Or basically the same stuff as the case except smaller?

Also, what if the case doesn't fit inside any suitcase?

Use the original packaging, also if you have the case box, that is great also.

One thought - cases aren't usually expensive. You could send it separately by mail - would take a while to get there but you won't have to lug it around. But only if the suitcase cannot accommodate it.
