you know, there's a service if you buy from any shop which is called Try before buy.

 

test it before you take it home.

 

buy a game (a PS4 game) if that doesn't include the game.

imo small shop have better service (because they have to compete with bigger one obviously)

 

if they refuse to do that, then walk away and find better shop.
