If you are stretching the game out on all three monitors the resolution is 5760x1080p.

its struggling pretty hard to get 60fp(again possible due to me have a faulty card)  , my averages seems to be (overclocked of course) 40-50 fps most games maxed out , if i turn down aa its 60fps easy

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .

Do you have the monitors already? If not I suggest going for one big monitor or an ultrawide one
