I had cracklings for the first time and holy cow...

for those who dont know, cracklings consist of the meat the makes bacon and the skin that makes pork rinds deep fried...yes its deep fried bacon and pork rinds.

amazing. but nothing beats a pound of jalapeño bacon :D
