Unofficial LTT Community Videos Is Dead :(

I agree. But with all my AP classes and stuff I cant just wait around for someone to take charge and stuff so I am going to just be quiet and when someone tells me to make a video and edit it I will. 

 

Same here. I got a bunch of document invites in my gmail earlier but I don't know what those are supposed to mean after the old hangouts essentially shut down. On top of that, I have two partially edited videos on my laptop.

 

Before this thing starts up again, I think that a collaboration panel should be built to a point where it can be used, we have FTP servers up with multiple offsite backups (Like Saami's backup) and a leader/voting system that ensures members are kept informed of everything. I'm surprised we haven't considered P2P for the video sharing.

We've now got three different subjects going on, an Asian fox and motorbike fetish, two guys talking about Norway invasions and then some other people talking about body building... This thread is turning into a free for all fetish infested Norwegian circle jerk.

I think the sad truth we have to realize is we all have lives that get in the way. For me school consumed all my time and I failed to be a good leader and others who agreed to provide content got lost with other things. If it was our only job sorta like how Linus started we could have lots of quality videos produced every day but we all have school, jobs, or other means that we value higher. If someone wants to continue this please go ahead but making videos for the internet through the internet balancing it with school and jobs makes it so you don't have enough time in the day. Well it seemed like a good idea in practice but. I sorta knew it would not work out. Working with people that you have know for like a week or two. It was (sorta) fun while it lasted see ya later

Well it seemed like a good idea in practice but. I sorta knew it would not work out. Working with people that you have know for like a week or two. It was (sorta) fun while it lasted see ya later

To be honest it really was just the stuff I mentioned in my other post. As well as people ghosting. We had over 20 people in the groupchat, and only a fraction of that amount were active. Not to mention the leader didn't attend the group call we had regarding the future of the channel
