Monitor Cropped

pit5000

I just built a new PC and all 4 edges of the screen are cut off on the monitor. It's connected through HDMI on intel hd4600. So far drivers and windows update hasn't helped. The monitor is a Samsung PX2370. Resolution is also correct. Any ideas?

Graphics Properties > Custom Aspect Ratio. Customize to scale to your monitor.

Yeah unfortunately you will pretty much have this every time you use HDMI.  Or at least that is what happens to me.
