Hate Samsung phones ?

I have to ask why everyone hates on Samsung phones so much? I am about to take the leap on a new phone and was seriously considering the S6. But with everyone on here not liking the Samsung line up it has me wondering if it is the right phone to pick.

Bloatware and they are overpriced, you can get much better for less money..

I don't hate their phones (anymore), I hate their Android skin (although it has gotten better).

They have so much bloatware and unwanted program in TouchWiz and it looks so.. Weird.. I don't know how to explain, but it just is not my cup of tea.

 

But they indeed have gotten better (the software). TouchWiz was better than it was since the S5 and since the S6 it's actually good. (IMO)

(They often feel to me like the Apple of Android phones)

Usually because of bloatware, but i hear the s6 is not that bad from a friend who hated the previous gens of the s/note series.

honestly, the S6 is a good phone. the camera is awesome and it's powered by a great chip.

the software is where it gets a bit worse, but i gotta say they really stepped their game up with the S6.

every phone has bloatware (except if you're running a GPE) these days. if you don;t like bloatware, just root and costom ROM it.

Bloatware isn't much of a concern for me if I could easily root and install a custom ROM. But I can't. I freaking HATE ScamScum phones.

The S6 is actually pretty good. It does however have some additional memory flaws besides the ones it inherited from Lollipop.

I don't hate Samsung phones, though I think the Galaxy S6 and Note 5 have a price that I think many will find to be a bit too high.

 

Which partially explains their decreasing sales.

The new ones are as overpriced as the iphone, so they get the same hate for the same reason.

 

Although I have an old s2 and it's like a tank, even though it falls on the ground almost everyday it's still perfectly fine, the battery life is decent I have microsd, I can change the battery... etc.

Well I went with the S6 and so far I am loving it after playing around with the iPhone 6 and 6+ in store it confirmed my decision to make the switch to Android. The S6 is a far cry from the iPhone. The Batt life is not to bad for such a powerful device I charged it yesterday afternoon when i got home from the store and used it all afternoon until about mid night and it was still at 20% charge. This usage consisted of setting up the basics, updates, a bunch of texting and installing some apps that I had on my iPhone, all on my home wifi. And when it runs low it has fast charging so your not out of power for very long. I dont think 6 plus hours of fairly heavy use on one charge is to bad. I am really liking the the flexibility of the operating system, being able to customize the device the way I want it. It is smooth and fast the display is crisp and clear the camera launches unbelievably quick.

 

What more can I say

But you really have to see that "are you really getting the bang for the buck" thing.

I generally tend to think of it as the only option. My brother got a g3 stylus and the thing is a POS aside from the camera. No custom roms either. I have a nexus 5 happily running a custom rom.
