How many of us actually know how a computer works....?

I have a GCSE computing level of understanding, or at least I hope I do, don't know if I passed yet :/

Tbh I doubt anyone knows how it all works you would need to specialise in probably at least a hundred very specific topics

well, i looked into it a while ago(how computers work). the thing is a computer can be a simple thing to understand, a simply 164 transistor chip easy! (kinda) a peace of hard where with 6200 MILLION transistors that work with a bunch of other parts and all that magic driver hee hon non sence , well, not much easy. My point is there is a LOT to know between Binary computing , Mech code and java lol :)   :D MUch brain food

I understand how a CPU works at the lowest level, I have no idea how GPUs work though

There are very few people in the world who know all the steps involved in the creation of a ballpoint pen. Computers less so.

Should work like magic.

  1. Turn on the power.
  2. ????
  3. Profit.

To be honest, not in depth.

I don't know much about CPU's, but I can tell you that subnetting is witchcraft. Pure straight up evil.
