wow another UK company making a mATX out of acrylic. I do like the Diamond case but for me it's too wide. though i love that you can put more HDD in them my Parvum S1.0 case. maybe down the road I'll get a Diamond case.   Looking forward to this build.

Excited for this looks really good :p builds don't always catch my eye like this.

Console optimisations and how they will effect you | The difference between AMD cores and Intel cores | Memory Bus size and how it effects your VRAM usage |
How much vram do you actually need? | APUs and the future of processing | Projects: SO - here

Intel i7 5820l @ with Corsair H110 | 32GB DDR4 RAM @ 1600Mhz | XFX Radeon R9 290 @ 1.2Ghz | Corsair 600Q | Corsair TX650 | Probably too much corsair but meh should have had a Corsair SSD and RAM | 1.3TB HDD Space | Sennheiser HD598 | Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro | Blue Snowball

Update 1: Starting the project, CNC, cutting up sheets

And so we start the project. Building Diamond Cube would be impossible without CNC. Using CNC and appropriate Endmills, we cut acrylic sheets into panels.

So here it is, my main worker:

3_zpsf819c722.jpg

and his co workers ;)

4_zpsb347a0e2.jpg

Acrylic sheets are mainly cut with 3mm Single Flute Carbide Endmill.

5_zpsdd83ee82.jpg

So let the cutting begin.

7_zpsedf959e4.jpg

Cutting logo we, change from 3mm Carbide Endmill to 1,5mm Carbide Endmill.

8_zps111ebfb5.jpg

Then to have some "curves" we use V-Bit.

10_zps4c774ce7.jpg

And when cuttin is finnished:

15_zpsccfdac51.jpg

As you can see on finished logo and panels, these Carbide Endmills are professional quality and do amaizing job (extremely clean cuts).
