what to do and suggest me an intel processor

so i bought 8350 and GA 970 A DS3 rev 1.1 for 267 $ and a guy is now paying me 125 $ for both is it a good idea to sell them ?they both are still in warranty :l 

just rma-ed them sealed packed as well '

 

but my current rig is Cpu - 8350 , Ram - 1600 Mhz crossair vengeance ,  Motherboard - GA970A DS3 REV 1.1 , PSU - 500W Cooler master thunder , Gpu - 7870 Ghz edition saphire , Hardisk - 1 Tb Samsung SATA , Case - elite 310 'standard' by Cooler master , cpu cooler - 212 evo .

 
 
i am thinking to sell my psu and cpu and motherboard and just go with intel what do u guys say isn't 125 $ a little less   ? 
 
but suggest me an intel processor and a motherboard 
 
i have no problem using a cheap mobo but i do not want it to give me issues... + i do not know anything about intel so please help this uneducated fella thank u

If you already have a 8350 then stick with it. Changing to a comparable/better (i5) Intel CPU will cost you around $300 w/ motherboard.

but it keeps die-ing has probably some thing to do with bad quality psu and a motherboard which doesnt support it so i am buying those anyway >.>

4460 w/ H97 or H81 or B85 motherboard :)

It will get the job done, if not then just go with the H97 boards, theyre probably higher quality

whats the difference ? does vrm makes so much of difference for intel as well i thought this was only the case with amd as u can oc them

Well youre not gonna be OC'ing a locked i5 anyway... :P

true but i didn't overclock my 8350 and bad vrm increased temperatures by 20 c + its around 35 c aim-bet here so yeah its bad i had like 85c on load with my 8350 with 212 evo i do not want that again

Ive never heard of any VRM issues on H81 boards :D
