It is a GeForce GT 220 from a Medion PC (seemingly, doesn't give much information though).

Actually it IS from a medion PC! You deserve a Cookie dude ^^.

red PCB is best PCB tough! why don't people ever do this anymore? red PCB with black cooler would be fucking beast on newer cards!
