Will The FD Integra 450W Be Enough?

For that hardware, yes it's fine. The CPU is less than 100W, the GPU is around 200W, and the rest is less than 50W. So you're only just going to break 300W at full load.

So, I'm planning on getting a Node 202 and would like to save $60 by using the 450W that you can get bundled with it instead of getting Silverstone's 600W SFX PSU. I'll have an i7 4790K at stock speeds because 4.4 GHz is plenty fast for me. I'll also have a GTX 970 that I plan to overclock the hell out of. I don't have it yet because I'm waiting for a decent price on one, but at worst case scenario, it'll be the most power-hungry of them all, the G1 Gaming. If it helps, I also have a 240GB Intel 730 SSD, a 240GB Samsung Evo SSD, a 500GB WD Black 2.5" HHD, 16GB of Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 MHz, and a Be Quiet! Shadow Rock LP that I plan on putting in there. Will their 450W SFX PSU be enough, or should I just grab Sliverstone's 600W to be safe and tidy?

Unless it's a decent powersupply and you're 100% sure, better be safe than sorry.

You're fine. Expect about 250-300W under load.

For reference, my system below uses about 480 watts from the wall while playing BF4. That's with a very power hungry CPU, LEDs, D5 pump, OC'ed GTX 970, and 8 fans. I think your system should be ok with 430 watts if you keep everything at stock.
