I would add WarGames 2 (The official title is 'WarGames: The Dead Code' but i thought '2' would made it clear)

and the original Tron from 1982 (The FX were quite impressive given the time it was made)

And a classic, the Short Circuit series (NUMBER 5 IS ALIVE!)

AMD Phenom II x4 955 - Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 - XFX HD7870 CORE - 60 GB OCZ Agility 3 - 1 TB Western Digital Green - 1 TB Hitachi DeskStar

OCZ ModXstream 600W - 16 GB Corsair XMS3 - Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus - Logitech G110 - Speedlink Kudos - Sennheiser HD 518

Steam The reason I am still alive Dark Theme

Hackers - so you can see how stereotypically WRONG it is compared to reality.

Wargames - Would you like to play a game of chess?

Enemy of the State and Eagle Eye, both were ridiculous but entertaining.

I Robot - I know I know, but let's face it, the political aspect of the rights of non or borderline sentient beings is very interesting, especially considering we are sitting only 40 years away from the "Technological Singularity".

The absolute best movie of all time for computer lovers.......TRON!

Short Circuit!!!!!  I forgot about johhny 5

Bill Gates himself said in an AmA that Pirates of Silicon Valley was actually quite accurate http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/18bhme/im_bill_gates_cochair_of_the_bill_melinda_gates/c8dbkli.

Definitely worth watching.
