New hitman: AMD or NVIDIA?

wangyuji431

Well, it looks like the closed alpha of hitman 6 is out on every illegitimate site EVER.

So, does anyone  know if it is optimized for AMD (like absolution) or Nvidia?

I don't think you should worry about if its optimized for one or the other if it runs great on A card and doesn't run great on B card when they are around the same spec then its not going to be a such a great game.

I dunno but Nvidia is always better. They have gooder Mhz, gooder memories, gooder green, gooder drivers and gooder software. AMD has bad. /s

I'd assume AMD.

Gooder? I must assume you are being sarcastic in order to drive home some point.

But probably..

Doesnt matter. BF4 is optimized for AMD cards. But actually runs better on Nvidia cards. So a game being optimized for a platform doesn't make much difference

I ran it for 2 minutes and it wouldn't go over 30fps and stutters everywhere

What on ultra?

It seems pretty well optimized as some poor guy uploaded a video of him playing it with a gtx 770 on medium.

Youtube police will get him eventually. :(

That's because it isn't even finished.  I have Absolution, and it runs fine with a crossfire and even at 1440p with no issues on ultras.  I doubt the full Hitman 6 game is even completed/past major bugs.  Seeing as it is still on pre-order.

I know this, just letting people know.

Lowest possible wouldn't go above 40fps and same stutters.

Like with all games, after a few weeks with driver updates and patches etc, it'll run the same (maybe slightly but not notably better on one) on either.

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

It will run well on both. Or run badly on both. There have been very few exceptions to this rule.

So just buy a good GPU that looks good to you. Be it Nvidia or AMD and you should have a good experience.
