Steelseries Siberia V2 for gaming and communication, a set of brilliant home-build horn speakers with a set of matching equally brilliant and equally home-build bass cabs.

Creative T20 and Logitech G35. I wouldn't suggest either of them, The G35 sound okay but nothing amazing and the Creative T20's can't produce bass drops which kinda sucks.

ha, you guys have some very pretty gear :P

I am using Microsoft's LifeChat LX3000 for Skype and basic online games (I don't care if the magic sound effects in AOC aren't quite as real as they could be) and for spoken youtube, you know linus, logan, stand up comedy.

I use a pair of Sennheiser ear buds for general music and all other games. The sound reproduction is awesome, you can really hear the clinky whoink sound in Mahjjong.

Marantz HD770 Speakers

There is nothing like an old set of speakers for decent sound. I have listened to all manner of supposedly high end speakers and to be honest nothing beats a set of paper 12" drivers. are those L pads for the mids and tweeters or are they just for show?

I have some logitech 5.1 speakers, which are really good, for the little speakers, its loud and nice sounding, for about £60 its not bad.

Why would you expect little speaker like that to produce bass? You need fairly big surface area to hit low frequencies.

Well, I didn't think about it when I bought them, and I recently got into music that do a lot of bass drops. They are good for what they are but my friends £40 logitech 5.1 set sounds much better, I bought these some time ago for around £85.

Oh and they do bass fairly well for 2.0 speakers, but bass drops are just a no no lol

they work.

I never play with them because I always screw up the sound too much.

Will work for electronic components and parts

For headphones I alternate between ATH-AD400's and ATH-M50's both of which I've modded to have detachable cables which makes things convenient and for speakers I'm using Microlab Solo 6c's.

Sennheiser HD 439

Works like a charm for the price but needs an amp for maximum performance honestly
