lithuanian is terrible, it's old, they tried to write it down as it was spoken, our grammar is impossible to learn, every rule has 4 million exceptions. English was pretty much engineered to be somewhat simple and that is beautiful.

Wow, I really want to learn Lithuanian now, sounds like Ancient Greek. English is so dumbed down.

For the "beat that" part:

παιδεύων (present active participle) The one who is teaching

παιδευόμενος (present mediopassive/passive participle) The one who is being taught or The one who is teaching himself

παιδεύσων (futur active participle) - The one who will teach

παιδευσόμενος (future mediopassive participle) - The one who will teach himself

παιδευθησόμενος (future passive participle) - The one who will be taught

πεπαιδευκώς (perfect active participle) The one who has taught

πεπαιδευμένος (perfect mediopassive/passive participle) The one who has been taught or The one who has taught himself

παιδεύσας (aorist active participle) The one who taught (at a specific point of time)

παιδευσάμενος (aorist mediopassive participle) The one who taught himself

παιδευθείς (aorist passive participle) The one who was taught

πεπαιδεύξων (future perfect active participle) The one who will have taught

πεπαιδευσόμενος (future perfect mediopassive/passive participle) The one who will have been taught or The one who will have taught himself

παιδευτός The one who is taught or The one who is able to be taught

παιδευτέος The one who is to be taught

If someone comes with that Finnish or Norwegian (in that neighbourhood) "dog" example, I swear my head will explode from too many rules...

Isn't that actually right though because linus is a Greek derived name?

Not really. Linus is the Latinized form of Λίνος (Linos), btw the Greek plural for that would be Λίνοι (Linoi).

The Latin plural of Linus is Lini which some already mentioned.
