Teespring Official Linus Tech Tips Shirt Reprint?

soja

Just got this email from teespring;

Did they send this to everyone? What exactly was the problem with the shirts? I'm pretty sure the one I got was as-advertised.

Got the same one. I had my shirt delivered to my parents house as I was moving around the time it was due to arrive so haven't seen it yet. Anyone know what was misprinted?

Could have been the print quality or something

I think it's good on them. If you can't see anything wrong with it, you now have 2 t-shirts :D

Personally, I don't have one :(

New to Star Citizen? Look no further!

The problem was that some shirts were printed with the tech being red instead of orange. My shirt ended up like this and I contact nick for assistance on what to do.

I was so glad to see this in my email this morning. I got the shirt in the afternoon yesterday and I couldn't wait. Then when I opened it I noticed the "Tech" part was red and not orange. I pondered if they were predicting color loss after a while or if it was supposed to look orange in certain spots of light. I was debating on emailing their support team on the issue and I am glad everyone else did. Glad to see Teespring stepping up and fixing their shit. The image down below is the shirt I received.

I don't judge a company or person by the mistakes they make. Everyone makes mistakes.

I do judge them by their ability to take ownership of when they stuffed up, their willingness to rectify any issues, and their overall customer service.

I received my email before my hoodie as I'm in Australia. I think it was due around the 10th? But good on teespring! My impressions of your company are even higher now I see the way you handle yourself.

I realized this as soon as I opened the bag. Honestly, with the shipping being so fast and the shirt being a special/limited edition misprint kept me from being bothered by the mix up in the first place. I would have been fine will the weird one, but after waking up and finding the email saying everyone was getting a new one, I'm really happy to get two of these shirts. No hard feelings towards Teespring for me.
