Better off with a Strix GPU cooler and replacement fans on the H80i.

If you realy want silent/ quiet then go for a gtx9xx series GPU those have fanless modes (or does the r9 300 serie have it as well? )

And the cx series PSU from corsair are realy load IMO (had one) Go for one with hybrid fan like the NZXT xtr, the corsair RM series or my favorite the EVGA supernova (Had the corsair and EVGA both are great but the price/wattage is lower on the EVGA and feels more premium with packaging and looks better imo)

And for the H80i ditch the stock fans they are terrible , I don't know about the pump but I had the h60 and the pump made a lot of noise I had it on 7volt and didn't hear it then, but they need to run at 12volt for optimal cooling. If you want silent I'll go with noctua Noctua NH-D15

Get a bigger 390 for more silence, something like the R9 390 nitro with 3 fans

Or get the MSI, as It has fan stop mode and two big fans

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

get a gpu that turns its fan off under 60c :) that will help alot

edit: i just saw you posted that the 300 series has fan stop thing :)

1 I'd go for a PSU other than the CXM one's for a quiet build seeing as they dont have a fanless option, you could look at the seasonic fanless PSU's if you are pretty serious about getting a quiet PSU, other than that you'd be fine going with a EVGA unit and using the fanless mode or i believe one of the higher end corsair PSU's.

2 Yeah i'd also go for the gtx 900 series cards which have a fanless mode, though a person on this thread says the R9 300 series has fanless modes too , but i'm not upto date on that :').

3 maybe the NH D15 might be a good choice since i hear so much good about noctua fans being really good and pretty much silent too.

Based around from what i hear, some noctua NF-F12's seem to be the way to go for good cooling fans :D or maybe corsair SP120's?

Now you basically have a normal pc in a silent case... If you want to be really silent, use another psu (something like the rm series of corsair) and use another cpu cooler or at least noctua fans on the current one (as alternative use a bequiet dark pro or something big ;) ) also, go with a 900 series strix or twin frozr with zero fan mode

I have 4 sp120 case fans and they are silent. I have them in a fractal define r5 and I can't hear them.

I heard MSI & Sapphire both is more silent than XFX unless they made improvements over 200 series. :)
