So far, 

AMD: r7 370 4gb, r9 280x, r9 280, r9 270x

Nvidia: GTX 960

Having more vram on a lot tier card is the biggest fucking waste of money, we all hate the 4gb 960, and we all will learn to hate the 4gb 370.

And haveing anything overclocked compared to a stock clocked opponent will make them have "similar performance".
