Tried everything man.... screwed up Windows so that Google Chrome thought I was in Austria for some reason.. I'm good for now xD

Pretty much. Could ask Comcast but it's not me that pays for the service so I would feel weird doing that. xD

Oh man it was a long time ago. Pretty sure I delete the emails. I suggest reading the main page though as it describes everything. As for proof, as I think about it in not sure I have any aside from every PC in my house saying "the site is currently undergoing maintenance or something like that. I can't remember as I use a VPN to browse just their site now.

No, but admission would be incorrect as I did not do anything to get banned for.
