System specs :

cpu : i5 12400f

ssd : crucial p3 500gb

psu : hyrdo m pro 800w

mobo : MSI b760m-a ddr4 wifi

Graphic card : Xfx swft rx 6900xt

Ram : Klevv cras bolt xr 4000mhz cl19 running in Gear 2

 

I have clean installed 24 driver versions and 23 drivers but it makes no diffrent

i have stutters in game like COD : BLACKOPS COLDWAR , Farcry 6 , Mafia Definitive edition 3

and when i do have stutters the Core clock and Gpu PWR falls down massively

Do you have resizeable Bar turned on?

Try running ram on auto to test if its related (XMP off, set to auto). Yes I will run 2133mhz, but for testing its ok.

Do you have anything else running, like NZXT cam for example? Anything monitoring your clocks? If yes, disable/remove that. When you reinstalled drivers, did you run DDU in safe mode?

i clean installed amd driver using amdcleanuputility and didn't ran anything in the background

i choosed driver only while installing driver and it got a lot better

my psu isn't that top of the line , could it be what causes the stuttering? like when gpu spikes the power supply can't handle it and causes it to stutter?!
