Skyrim modding rant

Got into skyrim modding a few days ago, heavily.

Still the game is 1 big mess, 1 big fat mess, whatever you try.

Want to know what a unmodded skyrim looks like?:

Don't get into it unless you are willing to spend entire days trying to get it just right.

I have crashes to desktop and used all kinds of programs, but still no fix.

And now even modless my game is acting all weird, even from a new save.

In 3 days, my Skyrim got horrible broken and I had to fix it.

Still fun though

Load order, load order load order.

TESV EDIT look for that, I managed to get 200 mods stable on my skyrim, but I eventually deleted it because skyrim becomes a snoozefest after a while.

I tried LOOT, I tried Tes5Ediit, I tried BOSS, I tried looking at it myself. I tried putting the ENBooster in, works to lessen the load on RAM, but still crashes.

No cure.

I have about 100 mods or more soo....

If you can fix it for me that would be great

I think I'm sitting around 60 or so. You've got to disable stuff one by one and load things that edit base-game stuff first to figure it out. Not hard when it crashes instantly.

If only bethesda actually cared about bug fixing then the modders would have had a solid base to work from.

But noo. Its not a bug "Its a feature"..

If you have SKSE (Which I'm sure you do if you have that many mods) try using it to give skyrim more RAM.

Skyrim/Data/SKSE - SKSE.ini

[Memory]
DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
ScrapHeapSizeMB=256

That's all I've got in mine, and it has helped quite a bit with my skyrim crashing to desktop. (I also have 100+ mods)

Specs: CPU - Intel i7 8700K @ 5GHz | GPU - Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Motherboard - ASUS Strix Z370-G WIFI AC | RAM - XPG Gammix DDR4-3000MHz 32GB (2x16GB) | Main Drive - Samsung 850 Evo 500GB M.2 | Other Drives - 7TB/3 Drives | CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro | Case - Fractal Design Define C Mini TG | Power Supply - EVGA G3 850W

Must just be an imcompablitly between two mods or something along those lines, really hard to find usually. Sorry I couldn't be more help. ;)

Thing is, it doesn't crash instantly. Takes up to 15 minutes in game .(I am just doing normal things) to trigger a crash, could be anywhere.

Some mods are just flat our incompatible. I'm not sure if those tools catch every incompatibility. If you have multiple mods trying to edit the same area of the map, there will be no fix.

Will try the 1 by 1 mod thing. I know which things edit the same thing, I don't activate nearly all the mods I have on NMM.
