Better switches and overall quality on the K70.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Yeah im telling people that(on a norwegian forum) but seems like most of them love razer

Well there's no arguing with fanboys, they wont think otherwise because of a poll by us.

I have a blackwidow, and I'm not really happy with it. The plastic makes it feel really cheap and the switches don't feel as good

I have never owned a K-series keyboard, but simply because of the MX switches I would take the K70.

I have a Blackwidow tho, which isn't bad at all. I don't even know whats going on with all that hate against Razer.
I get that their audio products are bad, but their keyboards and mice never failed me.

I have no experience with the blackwidow. But I have used Razer's low end rubberdome Lycosa keyboard and it was awful. Decided to get a K70 with browns and love it! Though it is noisier compared to rubberdomes -_- but that's the sacrifice for mechanical ♥

I've owned both keyboards in the past , i preferred the blackwidow(2013 with mx blues)  to the k70  , the k70 felt a little clunky to type on and the feet that raised the keyboard higher didn't make any difference so it was a really awkward experience for me , loved the aluminium finish though.

K70 because of they are actually using proper mechanical switches. I tried the most up to date Razer Blackwiddow in PC World last week and from the three switches that the packaging lets you test, two felt like soft Blues, then the fourth felt like a Red. Kind of appalling for a keyboard that they are still expecting you to spend an arm and a leg on.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

really depends, i like the palmrest on the blackwidow but i like that the k70 is not made out of plastic, when it comes to switches, i really cant tell much difference between regular cherry mx blue switches and razer's custom switches. i must say i dont really like the high placed switches of the k70, but that doesent make the blackwidow better, only my personal preference.

looking at your previous post, it looks like youre a fanboy :P

nah, I'm no fanboy. I can see the good and bad in stuff and base my opinion on that.

If I had the choice between a cheap plastic keyboard with not Cherry MX switches, vs. a better quality one with switches that I know are tested very well,  I know what to go for.

I love the corsair build quality. I went through a few razer mice and a keyboard before swapping to k70 and m65sabre(since logitech quit on g9x). I just got my own grifitti wrist rest(k70 stock rest is hard and puts my wrists too low) and now it's the perfect keyboard.
