Is the Moto G second Gen able to play most android games at a reasonable fps? My brother has a cheap tablet and gets like 5 fps in android games. Will the Moto G get at least 25 fps in basic games?

 

I have minecraft on my moto g and it works fine. Also have riptide gt and thats dine. So moto g is fine

PC is Intel Core i5 6400, GIgabyte H170 Gaming 3, Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4GB 2400Mhz ,Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB, WD Blue 1TB, NZXT S340, ASUS Geforce GTX 960. Fractal Design Tesla R2 650W. http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/793XNG. Graphics card choices don't always have to be dictated on performance. If you want the game stream and power consumption of the GTX 970 get that. If you want raw performance of the R9 390 get that. In the end we are all gamers, so what if your buddy gets an extra 5 fps?

Hello there.

 

My wife has a Moto G2. As far as i tested the phone, it can handle many of high demanding games like Dead Trigger 2, Shadowgun (multi-player) Asphalt 8, Dungeon Hunter 4. And some of the ligther ones like Machinarium, Worms 3 or PSone emulator. I must say the expierience was very good and satisfying. FPS was decent and graphic fidelity was acceptable.

 

It's a great phone for the budget.
