I wasn't much of a fan with project cars. Mainly, because I couldn't get my g27 calibrated right. I tried for an 1 hour and couldn't get it. After watching a ton of Youtube videos and surfing the net to no avail I decided to get a refund. I had the item longer than 14 days days and they still took it back. I love Steam

You had less than 2 hours playtime and a lot of people had issues with the game so I'm sure it warranted a refund.

How did you do that? I want to request a refund for a game of mine, but when I navigated to the game's page to submit a request, it said that it's not eligible because it's outside of the 2-week window. Specifically, it's Sonic Adventure DX. Hands-down the worst game I've ever bought on Steam. I have 27 minutes of playtime. "Playtime."

Funny thing about project cars is that it worked better in its alpha/beta phase. No joke.

the game is probably more than 14 days so that is likely the reason

Well, I submitted a ticket to them directly, with their method. (Selected the game, and then Refudn as an option.) This is, word-for-word, my ticket:

 

"Hey there. 

 
I am contacting you folks in hopes that I may get this abomination of a "game" removed from my account and refunded. It is to the point that I would wish for it to be removed, even if a refund is not possible. I understand your period for refunds is within 14 days of purchase, and this game was purchased almost two years ago, but it's a joke of a game. I cannot run it. The game crashes, it doesn't save properly, and I can't even reconfigure any settings. They're all common issues with it. I have played some bad games, but this? This is horrid. I played the original on the Dreamcast, and the DX version on the GameCube. They worked great. This? I'd rather play The WarZ, or have to pay someone to take it away. Which si funny, considering I am requesting a refund. 
 
I have invested 27 minutes into this "game." While it doesn't reflect your policy, I had only "played" for about four minutes of that time. I am ashamed to say I own this game. Maybe I'll buy Bad Rats to cheer myself up.

According to the announcement you can get your refund either in your Steam Wallet or through the method of payment you originally used, such as credit card.

only 13 eps and not returning in sep, it will start in Jan, so yeah season 5 only 13 eps, and besides CBS has their own streaming services that conflicts with WB, and POI is owned by WB not CBS, so they chickened out :\ also they never released season 3 soundtrack :\
