Having grown up in a Mexican restaurant, gonna have to go the Mexican route

I've eaten at a lot of shady chinese restaurants, the ones that are run by the family itself and there's no interior decor.

I hear the faux Mexican chain Taco Bell isn't exactly good? But then again i've never been to the states so i'd rather have that opinion after having it

 

In relation to the poll: I've eaten at some pretty dodgy places in my time. I'd go with Mexican because at least I can eat the majority of Mexican cuisine and not question it or feel sick afterwards. Chinese on the other hand, i've seen some stuff and had some stuff that made me question what the fuck it was (like chicken from a place that notorious for using Ibis turned out in the end), also i've experienced Chinese where they cooked the meal with rancid oil/too much oil, that was not nice.. Never had bad Mexican, parents have. But I haven't.
