If Mac os x was available on every computer and had better game support would you use it over Window?

Overkilled

I'm not talking about that Yosemite shit I'm talking about the mountain lion

No.  Linux all the way.  Unix is way too outdated, and OSX isn't nearly customizeable enough for me to use as a primary OS.  Linux is super customizeable (you can change LITERALLY ANYTHING) and games often run smoother on OpenGL than DirectX (if they support both).  There is literally no reason to run OSX.

Not with a PC. Mac OS is designed FOR the Mac, it's not nearly as good on a PC due to lack of gestures and things that I'm too tired to talk about. But, Mac OS X is a great OS.

Nope. Windows in my mind looks nicer and doesn't have stupid over the top mouse acceleration.

No. it's too locked down to a point where it's annoying. The same with iOS. But it's a personal opinion. :)

Dumb down? Give me concrete proof that they dumbed it down.

Now the graphics - the one colour desktop folders and the dumbed down Dock icons. ! This may well look good to the non visually literate, but really they are at Kindergarten level. They are less intuitive and less recognisable than icons in previous OS iterations such as Mavericks and thus make navigation into modules in the Yosemite IU more tricky. Text Edit for example is much less easy to instantly recognise.?

Oh and did I say that the desktop folders have the choice of one whole gaudy blue colour. Great to have even a tiny choice of this one colour you guys at App

Wow, that's not dumbed down. That's just some design choices that YOU don't like. I and many others think it's super pretty.

Windows having Apple's designers would hit the right spots for me. Saying that, Microsoft has done pretty well with Windows 10.

Apple's design is something I love, their choice customisability and support for both software and hardware has never been.

I see no reason to. I don't know my way around Mac OS, and Windows does just about everything I need it to.

Why is the God of Hyperdeath SO...DARN...CUTE!?

Also, if anyone has their mind corrupted by an anthropomorphic black latex bat, please let me know. I would like to join you.

Yes, I would use it on laptops, and I have loved every laptop hackintosh I've ever made. Plus parallels is great, and every linux laptop I setup I used virtualbox to boot my windows parition as a vm and it really gave me everything I needed long as I didn't intend to game. Desktop, no

muh specs

Gaming and HTPC (reparations)- ASUS 1080, MSI X99A SLI Plus, 5820k- 4.5GHz @ 1.25v, asetek based 360mm AIO, RM 1000x, 16GB memory, 750D with front USB 2.0 replaced with 3.0  ports, 2 250GB 850 EVOs in Raid 0 (why not, only has games on it), some hard drives

Screens- Acer preditor XB241H (1080p, 144Hz Gsync), LG 1080p ultrawide, (all mounted) directly wired to TV in other room

Stuff- k70 with reds, steel series rival, g13, full desk covering mouse mat

All parts black

Workstation(desk)- 3770k, 970 reference, 16GB of some crucial memory, a motherboard of some kind I don't remember, Micomsoft SC-512N1-L/DVI, CM Storm Trooper (It's got a handle, can you handle that?), 240mm Asetek based AIO, Crucial M550 256GB (upgrade soon), some hard drives, disc drives, and hot swap bays

Screens- 3  ASUS VN248H-P IPS 1080p screens mounted on a stand, some old tv on the wall above it.

Stuff- Epicgear defiant (solderless swappable switches), g600, moutned mic and other stuff.

Laptop docking area- 2 1440p korean monitors mounted, one AHVA matte, one samsung PLS gloss (very annoying, yes). Trashy Razer blackwidow chroma...I mean like the J key doesn't click anymore. I got a model M i use on it to, but its time for a new keyboard. Some edgy Utechsmart mouse similar to g600. Hooked to laptop dock for both of my dell precision laptops. (not only docking area)

Shelf- i7-2600 non-k (has vt-d), 380t, some ASUS sandy itx board, intel quad nic. Currently hosts shared files, setting up as pfsense box in VM. Also acts as spare gaming PC with a 580 or whatever someone brings. Hooked into laptop dock area via usb switch

I generally like osx so there is a decent possibility that I would use it over windows or at least duel boot.

I would happily. I've been using the Mac OS on & off since OS7. As much as I like Windows, I don't always prefer it. If it wasn't a huge pain in the arse to Hackintosh it up, i'd really consider the jump to OSX. Just I like being able to pick & choose hardware & upgrade components with ease.
