United States Budget Tool

wpirobotbuilder

So a while ago the NY Times released a tool that allows you to "fix the U.S. deficit problem" by simulating proposed raises in taxes and spending cuts. It was interesting going through it.

Here's how I would do it:

How would you do it and, if you're not from the U.S., what would you want or not want done?

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use, and by some other means to give us knowledge which we can attain by them. - Galileo Galilei
