For example, right now I can see a great deal on OverclockersUK for a 8GB 2400MHz memory kit from Kingston, which is simply an amazing price for that kind of speed on DDR3. With how much I use Google's Chrome Browser, I'm personally considering this kit as a purchase.

Most of it is from tabs with youtube vids, if I bookmark them then I wont get round to watching them for months so I just open them up in another window

I remember buying 32GB of DDR3 1866 for 150-200. then a year later buying another set of 32GB cost me 300

Yupp still not as low as it use to be a few years ago. Picked up my kit of ram for 16GB for $70 for 1866. Now it is $140 for the same kit.

I'd probably use my win 7 ultimate key on my desktop so I can use more than 16 GB of RAM......but do I really need more than 16GB?

i don't think so, i hit 10gb while playing gta, might of had chrome and other programs open, normally i use much less than 8gb but, f it lets fill those ram slots.

Not really low, my ram cost me $120 back when ivy launched I just looked yesterday that same kit costs $160
