Hello, I was wondering if my AMD Athlon II Win still function even though it is missing one pin, I don't think so but I may be wrong.

 

It depends what it was for but for the most part no it won't work.

 

Linus did a video way back trying to place the pin the in the correct location of the CPU socket and the CPU on top to make electrical contact when a in broke off:

It might work if it was a ground pin, you won't know until you try. Then you can try putting a pin directly in the socket, with the cpu on top, like in the linus video posted a few posts above.

Well the first thing it would kill is the most likely would be CPU if it shorted it out, just be very careful when installing the missing pin back into the socket as to not place it in the wrong hole or bridge the other pins together.

Some pins are unused or used for grounding. If that is the case, it'll still work.
