Graphic card identification help

I received a graphic card from my friend who said that it came out of his brothers alienware x51. He said it was an AMD Radeon hd 5450, so I did some research, and I couldn't find any of the ones I saw. I looked up aliewnare hd 54 blah blah, and they said whether it wasn't in it or it doesn't have a fan on it. The one I have has a fan, not just the heat sink, it has a DVI-I hdmi and display port, not VGA

I'd guess that it's a GT 630/640, but that's just based on the string "OHGA3 R1.00". I've never seen one in the configuration depicted though, so I could be wrong.

my friend now says it is a gtx 750 ti so idk

I dont think it's a 750Ti, looks like some of the capacitors are in a slightly different orientation than the 750ti's I found on google. Plus the I/O is different. 

 

EDIT: Now I think it is a 750TI, the circuitry looks really damn similar.
