Removing EULA from the Start up of GTA V?

Does anyone know if it's possible?(99.9% sure it is) I've been looking through the files of GTA V with Open IV and I've replaced the intro R* video with a frame blank, but I can't seem to find where the other start up files are. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I'll try it, I have my doubts tho, I think it could just be for the R* logo.bik file.

 

Looking at the video it doesn't remove the EULA bits from the start.

It's probably just within a deep file system and difficult to find. I'm sure someone will find it eventually. Thanks for the help.

I bet removing EULA on purpose is like accepting it.

I think I've found it, but it's still encrypted and the file does more than just the start up I think

I've deleted it, it removes the Legal information at the start however it doesn't speed up the boot time at all, it's probably coded else where to wait for the legal information to go.
