Bread.....

The staple of our diets (at least in this country)

We put it in our lunchboxes as sandwiches, it keeps our hunger quiet and it's just a very flexible food in general (literally too)

The fibres help us to take dumps and the energy from it is useful throughout the day. Also it gave us the 'best thing since sliced bread' saying.

Tell me and each other.... Do you eat bread on a daily basis? What do you like on it?

I like cold cuts on my bread, with butter. I eat it at school (sandwiches) when I have school and I eat it at night when I am hungry (of course also sandwiches)

I love this brand: http://www.daveskillerbread.com

Really, i won't eat any other brand than this. Whether it be with nutella, with ham, anything works well with this bread.

Okay... Some things shouldn't be eaten with bread on that list imo but whatever floats your boat :P

i try to minimize bread intake as bread is carbs and carbs turn to sugar, which turns to fat. by cutting carbs ive lost 15 lbs. im only 5'11" and previously 180. now 165lbs.
