Pessimism

Is anyone else extremely pessimist?

Like seeing the word in a bleak way and thinking ones future is gonna be shit .

I have this feeling of impending doom about myself I cant shake off.

On some days yes, on other days no.  Depends on my mood.

 

Currently I'm feeling pessimistic because of my upcoming Calculus Final.

I try to live life being completely ignorant and concentrate on the stuff I care about, stuff that makes me happy etc

I'm not extremely pessimistic. Sometimes thinking that way fuels me because I want to prove that something that seems impossible can be done. Feel like I'm more motivated to do it if I think the odds are against my favour.

I got a tharpaist cause im sociopathic lol, pc is bae but something that helped extremely is if your still in school take drama or theater it help me LOTS of social anxiety

Depression is a progressive illness and will most probably get worse if it's not treated, but it can be treated and, if caught early enough, even eradicated.
