Use your username? You can't really "bind" it to your account.

You don't, as the other People have said you just have to contact a mod.

The most convenient and closest thing would be to simply use a folding

name that is identical to Your forum name.

 

You said you entered the team number, that is good. But don't forget to

enter a name and a passkey aswell. You can get a passkey from here:
