Question About Height

So I am a somewhere between 6'2 and 6'4 guy. My height fluxates... it is really weird. Any clue why. Ill wake up one day and literally be taller than I was the last. Or Slightley shorter. It is always between 6'2 and 6'4. Ive been to the doctor and they mesure me and they even have reccords of it fluxating. They had no clue maybe someone on LTT does

When you walk around in your everyday, you compress the disks in your spine. This will lead to you becoming shorter over the span of a day.

The disks then decompress when you sleep, due to you lying horizontally.

2" do seem like a lot of height to loss, but this might be it.

You stand on your feet the whole day and kind of push yourself 'down'.

You lay in your bed in night and can stretch out.

Measure yourself after getting out of bed and before getting in bed
