None that I know of, why would you want a cable going to your wrist, maybe look into bluetooth headphones?

Some modern high end bluetooth headphones have very good audio quality to be honest, not perfect but not horrible like it was in the past

Why not just have your phone in your pocket (since you need to have your phone tethered to your smartwatch anyway) and control it with the watch - i guess that is how most manufactures intend it to be used - would be annoying having a cable sticking out your arm

The only product I can think off is getting an iPod nano 6th gen, and a lunatik strap - as it has a headphone jack

I know there is a Chinese Smartwatch called the "SmartQ Z Watch", it actually seems pretty decent and you can find it for under $100. It has 4GB of storage and a music player build in as well as a headphone jack so you don't even need it connected to your phone.

Well any of the android wear watches or the new pebble time could be a good idea :)

LG G watch R or moto 360 seem decent

Or maybe one of the galaxy gear watches (more limited though)

It's cheaper than a smart watch, which is a very niche product as is. Coming from someone that used a Moto 360 for a month as a project for work, yeah it was nice, but I'd rather have the nice earbuds over a smartwatch if it was my money being spent
