Out of these two motherboard, which one should I choose for this build?

I read that the general consensus is that the Gigabyte motherboard is about the same, but I guess it comes down to preference as they both are pretty equal. I think an MSI mobo would go good with that red/black theme, personally.

 junker build in the making

BTW both motherboard for the FX you've selected are way too weak on the VRM's to support the FX-8320...you'll melt them.

That PSU could be better. EVGA has a nice 500w B1 unit that works pretty well. (I personally own it and it's great.) That or an XFX 550W would probably be better.

I'm working on something. I liked your CPU/Mobo picks though so I'll probably include those.

OP, should be much better than the 8320, even in video rendering or anything like that. 3D modeling may be better than the 8320, but for that I'd at least recommend a Xeon 1231V3. I'm assuming you already have that GPU as it has no price? Dual-channel ram would be quite a bit faster, (Faster ram is generally noticeable when booting. At least it is for me.) but the Motherboard only has 2 ram slots, so I did 1 8GB stick so you have the option to upgrade to 16 in the future. If only the board had more ram slots it'd be perfect for that budget. EDIT: Forgot to ask what all you're playing before I completely recommend this.)
