How many hours of sleep do you usually get on a weekday?

Hyperion1817

I get around 4-5 usually and am curious to see how many other people usually get.

4-3 hours

I am most productive in the morning for whatever reason, but I should probably change my habits because it's harmful for your bodily development and immune system.

ON average, 6-8 hours. I feel terrible for the entire day with more than 7.5 but I get it sometimes.

Last night, however, I only slept like 6.

And I cope surprisingly well with sleep deprivation. I don't get jet lag, I just don't sleep for 30 hours.

Sig under construction.

haha it most certainly isn't. The trouble is travel time to school combined with a horrible class schedule.

How long do you have to travel to go to school? I'm guessing you also do stuff outside of school...

6-7. There aren't enough hours in the day for me to get done what I want. I get my work done, and there isn't any time to play after. On the weekends I get maybe 4-5 hours of sleep. Too busy golfing and playing video games.

I get into bed around 11PM, but I don't fall asleep until 11:30 or 12. So around 7-8 hours if I'm lucky.
