How to increase volume on headphones in windows 10

Hi , I am using windows 10 technical preview on my laptop but i have some issue . When i am using laptop inbuilt speaker so volume can go anywhere between 0-100 as per my instructions but when i connect headphones or speakers via 3.5 mm jack it stuks at volume level 42 i am able to reduce the volume but can't beyond 42 . Is there any bug or there some another features added. I tried sounds from control pannel but there is the same problem . Any solutions for that.

That's very strange. Have you tried poking around in the audio devices?

Uninstall the driver (do NOT delete the driver, just uninstall), reboot. Should auto reinstall the driver.
